Christine’s work in the last 28 years have involved:
working in various sized legal firms (ranging from 10 to 150 employees) to Associate level;
operating a private practice;
providing legal consultancy work to legal firms; and
as sole General Counsel to a group of companies involved in health care, food manufacturing and retail industries for 8 years.
Having worked as the sole legal counsel for Nextt Health Pty Ltd and its group of associated companies for over 8 years, Christine understands and has dealt with all legal issues faced by those companies, from employment law issues to government tenders, government and private contracts, insurance contracts, Fair Work mediations, compliance issues and general risk management across all three industries.
Practising privately, she is often called upon to advise on joint venture projects, finance arrangements, disputes between shareholders, prepare a “business essentials” bundle of agreements/contracts which covers all aspects of the operations of various businesses, leasing arrangements, business sale and purchase transactions, estate planning and business succession planning.
Christine provides practical solutions to problems, anticipate issues before they arise and assists clients with setting up structures which minimize risks that face businesses and business owners in this ever changing environment.
